Ivano Ficalbi is the Managing Director of FORE Golf Event Management and has been a professional golfer for 10 years. After playing on the Sunshine Tour he joined the PGA of South Africa in 2001 and was the Apprentice of the Year that year. He has since worked at top golf estates in Gauteng and Limpopo and was the Head Golf Professional at the Sun City Resort.

He has managed and assisted with the Nedbank Golf Challenge, Women's World Cup of Golf, Dimension Data Pro Am and many other corporate company events that were held at the Sun City resort. This valuable experience has allowed him to manage his own successful golf events company. He was also the captain for the PGA of South Africa team that participated in the PGA's of Europe Team Championship in 2006.
